Standard Delivery: Flat rate of £3.50 to the UK – FREE for orders over £50.00. Your order will be delivered by one of our approved suppliers.
Standard Delivery: Flat rate of £7.95 to Europe, £9.95 to the USA / Canada / Australia / NZ and £15.00 to the rest of the world. Your order is most frequently shipped through Royal Mail in the UK and then through their local overseas partner.
Timescales for Delivery
Depending on your delivery address, your order will likely arrive within 5-7 working days after you place your order.
International orders can take 25-30 days to arrive. Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
Additional Delivery Information
Just Threads Ltd make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however, on occasion we may suffer delays which may be unavoidable. Just Threads Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the Goods within the timescales stated above, please contact us.
Should for any reason the cost of dispatching your order significantly exceeds the delivery fees charged to you, Just Threads Ltd reserves the right to contact you to discuss the matter and in some very rare cases cancel your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Our working days are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.
It is important to note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. These local fees are not included on the Just Threads invoice.
Just Threads Ltd will make every effort to package your order with loving care so that you receive your order in perfect condition.
At Just Threads we strive to make sure that you are happy with every purchase that you make. If, for any reason you wish to return an item then we are happy to offer a refund or exchange provided that the goods are returned to us within 14 days from date of arrival. For refunds please allow 5 – 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.
To return a product please follow the steps outlined below, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible:
– Simply fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
– Please remember to feature your full name & original Delivery Note number for us to process your refund quicker.
– Package your items carefully; with each item in the condition you received it and with all labels attached.
– You will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging.
– If you are exchanging a product, we will send back the exchanged products to you free of charge. (UK ONLY)
– If the value of your exchange exceeds the amount paid in your original order we will require additional payment.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Just Threads Ltd will only accept unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise for return or exchange.
If you require a refund, we will refund you for the cost of your item(s) minus the charity donation linked with your order, as this will have already been given to the associated charity.
Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances. Shipping charges will be applied to orders that qualified originally for FREE UK delivery, if the remaining amount of the order, after reimbursement, does not reach £50.00.
We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.50).
We will offer you FREE UK standard shipping on the new item that we ship back to you for the exchange.
How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us before returning your item(s), letting us know the fault or reason why your goods may be incorrect and we will advise you how to return it accordingly. Just Threads may require photos of any items with defects before accepting any return.
